I've been neglecting you...
Okay... so I have been seeeeeriously slacking on my Blog... but NOT slacking on my Body for Life plan! During the past (almost) three weeks, I have been doing very well in the eating and exercise plan.
I have allowed myself a little transgression in some eating and exercise options. For the first week, I followed it to the letter, and only went out and had beers on one of my two "allocated" nights. And on my free day, I think I ate the entire Atlantic Ocean-full of oysters, shrimp, seared mahi, and sushi. I threw in some pizza for good measure.
Likewise, the second week I did not miss one workout or slip on one meal. For my free day, I devoured sushi, artichoke dip, nacho chips, and basically everything else that wasn't tied down. Oh yeah, there was plenty o' pizza, too. That second weekend I was a little more liberal with the Miller Lite, going out both Friday and Saturday night.
Which leads me to the third, and current, week on my BFL plan. I have moved some things around to accomodate my social life. There was a Bike Week party that I wanted to attend which left me moving my upper body workout from Friday to Saturday. So, I called Friday my free day, and ate a bunch of pizza and garlic bread. Therefore, I'll just continue the upper body workout Saturday and move the cardio to Sunday.
And, I must "come clean"... I got kicked out of the gym because it was closing at 10pm, and didn't get to complete my bicep workout on Monday. I'll have to work them extra hard today!
